Harbor Breeze Villas is one of Long Island’s newest resort located in Lochabar, Clarence Town, overlooking both the beautiful Clarence Town Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean. Our villas offer a two-minute walk to the sugary sand beaches (look to your right) and the privacy you would appreciate as each residence is nestled in a canopy of natural vegetation and additions of grape trees, hibiscus.

We implore you to stay a few nights in our One Bedroom villas The wonderful accent is always present when you come home. Lovely living room decorated with an “aww” response in mind offers a wide view of the neighboring lush green rolling hills from the living room. High ceilings in the tiled bedroom give a fairy tale relaxation. Offered as a single or double story rental, equipped with an adorable garden in a larger than normal ground space. Renters have a view of both Dean’s Blue Hole- a local attraction unique to Long Island and coveted by eager Guinness book world participants. And if you really want to see real flamingoes, just ask us to show you the resident school of beautiful pink flamingoes two minutes away, we’ll even take you if you’d like.

Two Bedroom Villa

Our Two Bedroom Villas is a customer and family favorite. It is the type of residence one would expect to find planted on an island by itself and we promise should you open all doors and window you would get that exact feeling as you would be immediately surrounded by beautiful blue ocean on three sides and rolling hills on the fourth side. Villa is adorned by natural bamboo used as furniture. High and lightly painted ceiling creating the illusion of a taller villa this coupled with free-flowing winds from all directions and tiled flooring create a cool atmosphere. Two bedrooms each with its own bath.
